I bought this unit to connect to my TV and play videos for class. It plays videos with decent video quality, but it's LOUD and quite slow. Something as simple as finding and adjusting display settings takes a little longer than I expected. The noise of the internal fan can be heard during video playback. Although I try to use all resolutions, I'm also having issues with cropped screen edges. The Windows taskbar and equal amounts on every other edge are hidden. When I set the video to full screen, it displays correctly. I thought it might be a display issue, but tablet computers scale with a USB-C adapter with no problem. Revain would like me to mention "for play" in my review. It will definitely not be a good gaming device.
