Needed a large shelf for my husband's shoes and my shoes. I have it and we love it! It's easy to assemble, it took me just over 2 hours to do it all myself, I was worried it wouldn't be strong enough for the amount of shoes and all the weight, but to my surprise it's very durable! it doesn't move at all, I was also concerned that my husband's shoes wouldn't fit because they are much larger than mine, but they fit with no problems. I love that you can create any shape that suits your space or custom designs if needed. I was able to leave a high place for my boots, for this reason I did receive two "bottom" pieces (horizontal), but in fact I'm missing the two marked in the second picture. As a result, I was left with four "walls" (vertical) and multiple connectors. I will contact the manufacturer to provide me with the equipment I need. I read reviews that said they have a great customer support team that can help with this issue. I will update my review in the future if needed. Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me the missing parts straight away! I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service!
