Fits perfectly in my Instant Pot! At the height of the Pandemic, I staved off boredom by making cheesecakes of every variety. Not surprisingly, this pan, made by Instant Pot, fits perfectly into my 6-quart Instant Pot. It's durable, easy to clean, and makes a delectable medium-size cheesecake suitable for dessert for two (for 3-4 days) or four people (2-3 days). Will serve, perhaps, 6-8 at one meal sitting. Could also use for meat or vegetable lasagnas, as well as other dishes, but I haven't tried that yet.
