Friendly staff always happy to help with any issues, good service when we're not sure what is required, great website design layout so easy to use! Would be nice if you could view an overview of recent activity but it does give a very quick update which helps us during busy periods. Easy hosting control panel - no more FTP problems!! Very user friendly, simple set up process (quick loading times), affordable prices and excellent support from helpful team members who are available 24/7 even over New Years weekend at midnight London time :) Highly recommended as this team have gone above and beyond in helping their customers through our transition into self-hosted CMS's. We've been using them purely because they provide such top quality customer experience & knowledge across platforms like WordPress/WooCommerce etc. This allowed us seamless transfer away from another host provider while allowing ongoing development work without having technical support contracts! It's easy to use and has very nice customer support. The platform is great for any size business. The only thing I dislike is that they have not introduced an online storefront for our products yet! We love how simple it is to get set up and start taking payments right away. As a small business owner, we are able to take care of our own accounts without having to hire someone else. And we also like how easy it is to add new products/services as well!
