Red light on when changing filter
We have bought several air filter systems from Vremi and love them. The last time I ordered filters I noticed that the red light was still on even though it was a new filter. I took it out and put it back in, nothing changed? Is that a defective filter? We need to replace them at home and in the office and I don't know how to get the filters working. Please inform.
