Review on keytech PLM by Andre Tenk

The ease of use for our customers to create their own product configurations with KeyTech's easy drag & drop functionality makes it very user friendly! We are able connect quickly from any web browser or smart phone device - no need for complex software installation required in order to access this powerful tool that we have been using since day 1!! I would like to see more customization options available within certain modules (such as Product Configurations) but overall its really good so far. Our customer feedback has improved tremendously by utilizing this great system; they can now easily configure products themselves without having someone else do everything manually through Excel spreadsheet templates etc. This saves us time and money while still providing them freedom/flexibility over how many copies they want produced per run. Customers also love being connected directly via email to get answers immediately if needed at anytime during production runs.
