Review on 🎧 Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset: top-tier Pro-G audio drivers and immersive DTS 7.1 surround sound by Avishai Menon

I hate to judge this product solely on the quality of Logitech support but as the headset never worked and their team extremely incompetent was, I can't give more than 1 star. Day 1, headset mic was not working. Virtually no sound. I contacted Logitech support. After sending me to their staff for three weeks, sending out strange requests and not providing any help, they finally admitted that they gave up helping me the day after my first request. They just didn't bother to tell me they were giving up. All this nonsense since then was they were trying to negotiate a replacement headset. Despite providing the product number, serial number, and warranty number multiple times, the support rep didn't seem able to process the action they were taking. About 2 seconds later I arranged for a replacement through Revain. I'm going to try a new headset and hope it's a hardware issue, but for now I have very little hope.
