Since my husband and I both love chia seeds and have found them to be healthy and easy to consume regularly, I took a chance and bought this large bag of chia which turned out to be a great purchase! Chia seeds are fairly clean and gel well. I love adding them to my morning coffee with milk and enjoying. I mix it with water the night before and add it to a drink the next morning or just drink it. I've found that after a while, if just eaten with water, it tastes slightly sweet on its own. I calculated that we would probably use up that large pack in a year or less since we eat them every day to replace a certain part of the meal. . I think chia seeds have a long shelf life if conditions are not too humid. Overall, I am happy with my choice of this chia and received NO additional benefit from the seller!
