What happened to the bottle?
I like this product but this bottle is not at all soft and squeezes easily like previous bottles (or other saline and sanitizer solutions). It is hard and inflexible, making it extremely difficult to extract the product. My husband was shocked when we tried it. If the bottles are like this now, I'll have to look for another product. It's too hard to cope with everyday life.
