The brush is very abrasive and became incredibly hard and rough after just a few uses. The bowl is nice but too small, which is shocking considering that using the included soap puck, which is a fairly standard size, results in suds and suds constantly seeping down the sides, making a mess. In addition to the size, the coating of the shell, which is supposed to look like wood, comes off after just a week of use. My recommendation: unless you're really trying to save money, get a higher quality brush and a larger bowl. Or just treat yourself to a brush and use a mug. The soap that comes with it is fine
