Single use as I ruined it by punching my own holes.
While I can understand the reason for the lack of pre-drilled holes, it's quite annoying. It's definitely not going to be in the book, so I had to use the seam ripper I had in my sewing box. It was a huge pain and I ended up tearing down a big band to make it look like a one-time use item. - punched. I do not recommend.
