I like that it is easy to use for both customers as well as employees! It makes filling-out paperwork so much faster which saves us time & money by doing things quicker rather then hiring more people just because we have too many paper work piling up!! The customer service side doesn't seem very good at times but they do respond quickly when you contact them via phone/email etc.. Overall this program helps our business run smoother with less stress since there are fewer errors being made through lack of information (paperwork).
