My purchase of twelve rolls of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape should make you think I pack a lot of boxes in the shop. Sorry, but I rarely pack boxes. I'm a home person and use it for four main purposes: first, to seal bags that go in the freezer (works better than freezer bags in my opinion), and to securely seal the lids of cereal and cracker boxes. once opened, won't close properly - especially appreciated if your semolina box falls over; secondly, for sealing windows and various places where cold air can get in - it's much easier to remove the tape than foam sealant, which you have to scrape off; third, I seem to leave a lot of my once thick hair on my clothes - wrap my hand in duct tape (sticky side out of course), the hair becomes brittle! And fourth, I eat in my chair while reading a book, so I always drop crumbs on the carpet, but take duct tape, wrap your hand around it, wipe the carpet with it, and voila! Crumbs and other debris adhere well to the tape; In addition, the pile of the carpet comes to life thanks to the tension of the ribbon! I duct tape down my kitchen rug regularly as shaking rarely removes small bits of food, and who wants to vacuum after every meal? I would again promote this as "Not just for boxes" anymore!
