Review on Samsung Galaxy Touchscreen Processor NP767XCM K02US by Brandon Hayes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Extremely underrated laptop

If you've seen reviews of the Qualcomm version, you'll read about the slow processor speed and other comments about "half-finished" experiences. However, if you want to do large amounts of video editing and CAD calculations/design, then this type of device was never for you anyway. If you use a laptop for web browsing, media viewing, and Microsoft O365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google apps, this PC is great. The actual workflow is not slow or even different. In fact, it's even better as the computer boots up and logs in instantly (just like an iPad or Android tablet), but with all the versatility of a laptop. And the battery life is insanely good! In addition, the keyboard is very easy and comfortable to type on. It doesn't have the click of a ThinkPad or Surface, but it's every bit as good as most laptops and better than the butterfly keys on older MacBooks. The screen is incredibly bright and works well outdoors (there may be some glare, but it's no different from most glossy screens). The speakers are great too. If you use Edge (Chromium based) and mostly MS software with usage as described, you will be very happy with it.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Volume
