These inserts are ideal for cloth diapers. I use them in both the small bathroom-sized trash cans next to my sprayer and the 7.5 gallon trash can in the kids room. Although listed as 5 gallons, it will also fit in a 7.5 gallon trash can. Loops are convenient for hanging on hooks. They would also be useful for hanging from the handle of a 5 gallon bucket to hold it in place, although I haven't used it for this purpose yet. So far there have been no leaks. I just toss this in the wash with my cloth diapers and let it dry on my dryer so it's handy that there are 2 packs so I can use the second pad while the first one is in the wash.
