never worked Now I can't go back.

Bought as an extra toothbrush for my son. After he had a sore throat, I opened my toothbrush and put a battery in it, but it didn't work. I put some new batteries in it but it never turned on and broke. Since I didn't open it right away and leave it in the closet until I needed it, I can't return or exchange it.
