I have already bought two more heating mattress pads for our large beds in the master bedroom and in the mobile home. I love them for sleeping in cold weather. This queen size pillow is my third purchase. Unfortunately, while I really like the quality and feel of the material of this mattress topper, I don't care about anything else. The heating parameters are not ideal. Level 1 is too cold and level 2 almost too hot. The connection cables to the mattress pad and to the controls are too short. The controls barely reach the head of the bed and cannot be placed at the head of the bed or on the bedside table. You almost certainly have to keep them under the pillow or they keep falling off the bed onto the floor; Another 8-10 inches of cord from the yoke at the base of the mattress makes a world of difference. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.
