I bought these to put on my shopping cart so I can have power and USB charging. Tabs for installation in a variety of applications. and foolishly assumed it could be assembled. Apparently in China they use headless screws or something I'm not familiar with, but as you can see there is no slot inside for the head of the screw to hook and hold, someone forgot, a mold with one to create a suitable slot for installation. Now I have to disassemble and make my own mount, which I avoided which is why I bought it. Not worth the money and time.
