Bolts are too long seems dangerous for dogs trying to run away to get caught. We had to use our own wrench, the only thing the supplied wrenches did was tighten the wheels. The locks on the front gate are terrible. Are you going to unlock the door? You are about to remove the entire latch. And they are ALREADY FREE. There is nothing to hold the bottom trays in place to keep them from sliding and good luck if your dog can get them. Not impressed with the quality for the price. We will only try this for the material that the cage is made of. But I really can't believe I spent $300 on it.
