Review on ScienceSoft by Junrey Jewel

The easy user interface makes it very convenient for our end users to use this product without any training required! This tool helps automate many repetitive tasks which saves us time and effort as well. I have not found much that could be improved at present but would like more features especially when comparing against its competitors out there such as HubSpot or Marketo etc. As stated above, no major issues so far. We've used these tools primarily from Salesforce CRM (hubspot) before transferring into SFMC marketing cloud. I like the fact that I can use the program to create a lot of different types of reports. I also like the fact that I can use the program to create a lot of different types of reports. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as some other programs. I also dislike that I cannot create more than one report at a time. I have been able to create a lot of different reports that I need to use in my job.
