They were very knowledgeable about their product as well had good resources to help me during my learning process which made for an easy transition into using this program (as opposed from being overwhelmed by all that's out there). The easy user interface makes it very convenient for our end users to use this product without any training required! This tool helps automate many repetitive tasks which saves us time and effort as well. It's easy to use for both beginners and experts. Very helpful when I was writing my thesis. The interface could be more modern and less complicated but it works perfect for me because I'm not used to writing scientific papers, so this helped me a lot. It's easy to use; it works really well for us as we are trying out many different data entry methods without having too much trouble tracking down errors or problems that come up along our way when using other systems such as Excel! We've had some issues importing from an excel spreadsheet into this system but they have fixed those pretty quickly once notified by their support team so no big deal now either!!
