Great for Ichthyosis Vulgaris (Fish Skin Disease)
I have Ichthyosis Vulgaris, a condition where my skin doesn't "flake" as usual. My skin is essentially cumulative and I had to exfoliate my whole body 2 times a day and it would still be bad. I use this item and will not use any other washcloth again! I exfoliate once a day (I do 2 more when I have time) and my skin is so smooth. Can have a hard time reaching my back but 100% worth the investment. That being said, I think it would be a really rough scrub on normal skin. But at least for me it's cool.
