I like that it is easy to use, has all of my information stored in one place so there isn't much for me as an employee or manager/supervisor etc., also very helpful if you have more than 1 location! It does take some time getting used too but once its set up everything flows smoothly from then outwards through your organization's structure with ease!! The training was really great - we had many questions which were answered by both Driscoll (CEO) personally when she came down during our initial implementation phase along wth other members within her team who helped us get started off right away after signing contracts. They are always willingt o answer any question i may havve about how they work together internally at their offices across New York State plus even outside NYC area since this system works seamlessly between locations.
