I ordered this in May 2020 to December 2020 and heard a small popping sound a few times so I read another review saying how difficult it was to get the Contact warranty department, I don't understand, don't even bother. Being a hands-on guy, I decided to see what was wrong with it, so I took it apart. It's a simple construction, a little wobbly, not too impressive but turns out the hose in the pressure coupler had ruptured, a wonderful 3 cent piece so I took it off. from the damaged part of the pipe, reinforce two parts, and then attach the clamp, let's see what breaks next. I do not recommend buying this product if you don't like fixing things
