I ordered this because my wrist size is between the small and large strap that comes with the Charge 4 and adjusting to turn the watch on and off is annoying is. Also, the original strap held sweat when I worked out, which was uncomfortable. This harness is stretchy and easy to put on and take off. In addition, it does not retain sweat and does not cause problems during training. The strap adjusts from a snug fit on my wrist to a snug fit on my ankle when I need to take it off my wrist but don't want to risk losing it in my pocket. All in all it's worth it. (Also, I find the look much more appealing than the standard strip.)
