I absolutely love this product. I live in the Northwest in Seattle and the winters here are dark because there are a lot of clouds and there is a lot of rain. I turn this light on in the morning when I am having my tea. I put it on the highest brightness setting and the warmest setting. It really does help with seasonal affective disorder. I keep it on for about a half an hour or so, and I feel that my mood changes from gloomy to a positive glow. I also have it on while I work on my computer, and it doesn't bug me at all. I recommend this light highly to anyone who gets affected by dark winters, dingy mornings and sunsets that are way, way too early! I should've gotten one years ago! Highly recommend it.
