I've tried several different calls and everyone said I sound faint and like in an echo chamber, not what the reviews on here said. Reconfigure as soon as possible. Update: Melissa contacted me and contacted support to find out why I was having issues. They found out and sent a replacement unit. The replacement works as advertised and I tried a few calls and everyone said they could hear me fine, not muffled and in an echo chamber like before. I changed my rating to 5 stars for fast seller support. For that reason alone I would say goodbye again.
