This is the second time I have purchased this die. This is by far my favorite and most used method. After a very short time in use, both dies refused to cut the lower cut line. That means I have to cut it manually. This is very difficult for me because I have lymphedema and severe arthritis in my right hand. Can you give me tips on how to solve my problem? It's going to be quite expensive and I'm on a limited low income. In August I will be 82 years old! If I didn't have this issue with this matrix it would definitely be a 5 star rating.
