I have been using an Oral B electric toothbrush for over 10 years. Over time I have tried many different brush heads: Oral -B Floss Action, Oral-B Dual Clean, Oral-B Precision Clean and Oral-B Pro White. Lately, my gums have been bleeding several times a week after brushing and flossing. I've been using the Oral-B Dual Clean large two-piece nozzle for four months. Just three days after switching to this Oral-B Floss Action 3 Count Oral-B Professional Floss Action brush head, my gums stopped bleeding completely and my gums looked so much better. The dual clean jets have a rubber massaging component that is very helpful for my gums. It's also probably a good idea to change brushes every 3-4 months.
