A little difficult to put on
When I put them on they are comfortable but I have a high instep and they go down to my ankles. So I have to untie the laces every time I put them on, which is awkward. They are good on flat surfaces, but they flex too much on rocky or uneven ground. You can use stones etc. feel when you are on unpaved surfaces such. B. go a dirt road.
