At 72, I now understand why some women "at a certain age" choose to have a facelift or neck lift because neck creams and high-performance products just don't work. I've been using this product faithfully for almost 3 months and it hasn't helped my stubborn turkey throat one bit. Yes, it's moisturizing, but beyond that, there's no short or long-term firming. Luckily, winter is coming and colder weather calls for scarves that dazzle and hide earrings as well. I suggest you spend your money on it, but don't waste it on this product. But if need be, there's at least 1-2 days of clear mucus hiding when the pump screams "empty." When dismantling the attachments, needle-nose pliers and/or a short screwdriver are helpful.
