I sent this bag back because it was too small for my needs. I guess I was expecting a laptop bag but it was more of a large bag with a laptop sleeve. After I plugged in my laptop, there was no more room for the papers and files I had to carry around as a high school English teacher. It would probably fit the entire description, but it would be too narrow, like trying to play tetris with your items. There would be no more room for anything else. It also wouldn't close when I was carrying my pens and accessories. I couldn't fit in my makeup bag, but a lipstick did. The bag seems to be of pretty good quality. Packed well, the material is dense and durable. When full it felt too heavy and I don't know how long the straps will last. This bag is good for interviews or anything else where you need to look professional but not where you have to lug a bunch of stuff home at once. you have a job
