Not for tall or short people

Summary: This pillow could be great, but it doesn't fit my body. I'm a fairly small woman and have developed a C5 hernia. I was looking for a good neck support pillow for side sleeping. This pillow is very supportive and the neck curve has good curvature. The problem is that my shoulders aren't wide enough and my neck isn't long enough that the "supportive" nape protrusion squeezes my head, in a word, straightens it and lands on the wrong part of the neck. If you are not a tall person with broad shoulders and a long neck, this pillow will not suit you.
