These headphones for my daughter only broke after a few months of regular use. There's a plastic disc with three lugs that holds the ear pads. The tongues are made of thin plastic and have broken off, so the pad can no longer be attached to the headphones. I have contacted customer service many times asking if they could send a replacement drive but they have not responded. They claim that Revain is backed by a guarantee, but they don't seem keen on keeping that promise.
