Low quality works best for cat trees

Part of the flower doesn't fit the rest of the tree snugly; like he had a broken screw or something. The flower is unstable and rotates when my cat tries to use it. I've stabilized it with tape a bit but I'll have to try and find an anchor to install it for a more secure fit.
