I use this keyboard as a regular business/personal keyboard, not for gaming. I wanted a backlit keyboard because it's a little dark in my home office, but this keyboard provides just enough light to not be noticeable or distracting. I wanted a flat, quiet keyboard. It's unobtrusive, but not exactly quiet. However, it is quieter than a mechanical gaming keyboard. Keystrokes are soft and slow. Sometimes it seems to me that it does not respond so quickly. I'm not a fast typist, but sometimes some letters didn't appear when I typed. I'm not sure if I'm not pressing hard enough while typing. There is a slight resistance when pressing the buttons. I feel like I have to hit the keys harder. I really like that this is a full keyboard, small and thin on all sides. I'll keep looking for a quieter keyboard even though I've had quieter chiclet keyboards. I feel like I have to apply WD-40 around each key to "loosen it up" so there's a bit of resistance when typing. If you found my review helpful, please vote so it helps others too. Thanks very much!
