Enter the following command to access the console of the Ubiquiti router, which requires a baud rate of 115200: Type: screen <insert filename here> 115200. It looks something like this: screen /dev/tty. usbserial-A97TW2UQ 115200 press Enter once or twice to get a login popup and login prompt. It works the same for Cisco except the default baud rate is almost always different - 9600 for most I think.
