I've had my eye on these cord holders for a long time and finally decided to give the set a try. I have an air compressor hose that is a disaster and unless wrapped properly it looks like an octopus on my garage floor. It seems that no matter how I try to step over it, I always get confused and stumble. These straps open via velcro on the strap itself. This is also a long piece of velcro so it's pretty durable. It's also easy to get caught in the Velcro and doesn't require too much effort. The strap is thick and made of woven material. It easily holds thicker and thinner lines. It really took the headache out of the compressor cable and hose. I have used others in the package for my extensions. Now they are neatly organized and really accessible. This is a simple strap, but it has changed the look of my garage a lot.
