Three sets of these test leads are inexpensive, but performance and durability detract from the overall value of the product. With ohmic measurements, the resistance of the shorted lead is much higher than expected, indicating that the lead wire is of very small diameter, high-resistance conductor material, and/or poor mounting technique. After only three uses, both wires became detached from the probe part and soon had to be repaired. Finally, the overall length of the wire and the quality of the material are much less than expected. In summary, this product can be acceptable for occasional use but not for long term use.
