It works, has good colors and if you tilt it right you get the sunburst effect as shown in the photos and videos. To be fair you have to lower the brightness setting and rotate the lens slightly to the right and you get two colors at once, the power switch (no knob) is under the bracket. I almost returned it because I thought it wasn't. didn't work until I found this, the instructions are very elusive and just say turn on the main power and tell where it is, but unless you're familiar and don't want to break it in case you go back need, you might not see that a tiny main power switch is buried under a bottom bracket that just slides out, apart from that it costs money to spend it on a 3-5 volt wall charger or computer laptop. When my TV has been plugged in for a week with no battery issues the battery lasts 1 1/2 days on a single charge with no need to charge or keep plugging in as I've said so far so good no bloat no battery leaks. and it's been hooked up for at least a week
