Monitor not working
The power light came on when the device was connected to the wall with the supplied Type-C cable, but the monitor menu didn't appear as described in the manual. I tried connecting my Surface with the HDMI cable that came with it, couldn't get a picture. Revain support tried to help but was unsuccessful. refund issued.
