This is the first dispenser I have ever bought and brother I was upset when it didn't work. I checked the internet. I have followed all suggested troubleshooting steps. It worked almost every time. The nozzle moves, but the fragrance is not emitted. Some time later I received an email asking if I liked the product I had purchased and would I be willing to give it up. I took a deep breath and started on my Christian side. The immediate response I received was they have already issued a refund and I am sincerely sorry. Wow! It was easy. I decided to order another one as I really wanted a dispenser or I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. In the meantime, the husband found out that the original dispenser worked, it was a defective spray can. The dispenser works great! I emailed them back and explained what had happened. I asked for a return address as I'm not the type to take something for free. Your Answer. Keep them both with our best regards. Do you mean that seriously?! I now have dispensers in 2 of my bathrooms that work great and every time I smell my favorite scent I think of the professionalism, honesty and amazing friendliness of their customer service department.
