🌬️ Air Wick Freshmatic Auto Air Freshener Spray Dispenser, White, 1 Count Review

This new design is more attractive than the old ones but I am not happy with it because unlike the old model there is no button to spray and there is no flashing light, so you know the battery needs to be replaced. It also doesn't seem to last as long as the old model. This requires an update to add features that were present in the old model.

I have a cat with a self-cleaning litter system. Works well but the smell is still there. So I bought the Air Wick Freshmatic. I put the bit where the tray is and it's just great, it works very well! I use citrus scent, nice scent. I would recommend it to any household but especially for people who have pets.

At first this seemed to work great as it masked odors from the replacement bath. Unfortunately the product canisters are oil based and not water based leaving a layer of oil behind. No matter where you place this in the bathroom, the tile, countertop or toilet will be soaked with oily residue. If this were used in a carpeted room it wouldn't be a problem, but not good for tile, counter or hardwood floors.

Out of the box it was one of the most difficult devices to open to put a battery - I seriously thought for a minute or two that I'd send it back. Anyway, I figured that part out, and when the scent cans arrived I installed one just to keep the machine from going into spray mode. I played around with the device in every way I could think of and it ended up working, but I have no idea how. I would never buy one again.

To be honest, I'm very upset. I ordered this automatic air freshener because I had the same one (it broke) and I liked it. But I came across another similar model, but it was incomplete, the top part was open and the mechanism and batteries were visible. The bathroom gets damp after a shower and this moisture stays on the batteries, which quickly leads to battery corrosion. I like the new design but the rest is cheaply made, the batteries are very awkward to insert and remove. I'm disappointed.

Bought 2nd beautiful goods. Mechanically it works, but: the sudden loud weird startling noise it makes when the timer activates it plus the gas spray as well as the brief noise can be frightening. Especially in a dark, quiet room. I chose the dexterous pine. There are 2 "activators". We didn't like the Airwick Freshmatic automatic dispenser. We received a different Airwick dispenser than the one in the picture. It was a two-part automatic dispenser. batteries above. This only uses Airwick. Not at all like Glad dispensers which can also use Airwick refills. But that's not the problem. Airwick refills didn't work either. It's not good for the cost. It worked for a couple of weeks and then started making that loud creaking sound when the sprayer was pressed - and this was the second time this had happened. This stone colored one was a replacement for an older one that had the same problem. I opened it up and found a puddle of air freshener at the bottom of the dispenser (the same thing happened with the previous device). I cleaned and dried it. It happened again.
