The ease of use, and the fact that it's so user friendly and intuitive. I would also say the the customer service is amazing! There isn't really anything I dislike about first line other than maybe having to pay more for the mobile app. But I'm very happy with how much I've gotten out of first line. I have been able to organize and prioritize my tasks better than before. It helps me get things done in less time. I like that it's a simple way to manage all of my contacts. It's very easy to use and I like that it's very customizable. I dislike that it's not very intuitive and I have to do a lot of research to figure out how to do things. I also dislike that it's not very intuitive. I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. I like that it's very simple and easy to use. I have been able to manage all of my contacts in one place.
