I like that it is easy to use, you can easily keep track of everything with this software as well as have many different ways for your customers to pay online through their mobile device! It's very user friendly too so anyone who has never used an e-commerce platform before will be able to figure out how to do all sorts of things such as order multiple items at once or even make payments without having to go into another website first. There are not really any downsides other than maybe if they made some changes around pricing but nothing major about them overall. We were looking for something simple yet robust enough that we could handle orders from our clients while also being flexible to change over time. This was perfect because now my team doesn't need to worry about keeping up with new features anymore which makes our lives easier since there isn't much else involved outside of taking care of business ourselves. The customer service department does help us.
