Review on OZMI by Chris Bailey

My shopping experience at OZMI was disappointing. First of all, the website was cumbersome and sluggish. When I did locate what I was searching for, the product description was ambiguous and lacking crucial information. It took longer than anticipated for the item I ordered to come, and when it did, it was broken. The return procedure was complicated by the unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. I don't advise going buying at OZMI.
