I bought this a few months ago to practice and expand my indoor photography skills. It's perfect for what I do, I'm by no means a professional but I really enjoy taking photos and doing it on the side. I don't usually shoot indoors as I don't have a studio or access to proper lighting. It definitely helps, adds soft light but not too much. It's good for portraits. It's lightweight and easy to set up. It comes with a carry case, I keep everything in it including the bulb, I keep the bulb in the foam box it came in and only take it out when in use so it doesn't break.
