I ordered 8 sets of these pens, 16 pens in total. I ordered them all from the same item listing, all at the same time, all from the same seller. They were all encrypted with the same barcode when I opened them. However, 4 of the 16 handles were 1/4 inch longer than the other 12. . Luckily I was able to dress them up when installing them so it's not entirely clear that 4 of the 16 dresser drawers have longer handles. But be aware that if you are ordering more than one pair of grips you should check the length before drilling the holes or you could be in for a nasty surprise. I didn't bother sending them back and getting replacements because I don't know if I really would have gotten 4 that would have been 11 and 3/4 inches or 4 that would have still been 12 inches and I wanted to don't keep trying and trying. Overall I like the product but be aware they are not true to size.
