I was afraid to use it. I applied Ardell Trios and the remover that came with it stung like hell and my lashes didn't come off. I've tried several times. I've also tried coconut oil. Today I snapped off the end of a cotton swab and used the wand to apply gel to the base of the trio and lift the lid. I left it on for 30 seconds and the trio slid off. Then I wiped the gel off my eyes with a damp cloth I had prepared. It didn't burn at all. I made each trio this way and was able to quickly photograph them all. LOVE this product!
