A speed - high, it is very difficult to do a manicure yourself.
Only one speed - high. Very difficult to control to file the nail. My nails and cuticles were sawed and filed to fresh skin and started bleeding. It is difficult to use it for self-manicure. It takes a lot of practice to learn not to overload files. I will buy one with different speeds for better control.
